Dump Booth Model FDB-1:
The raw material which are in the form of Gunny bags would be opened and placed on the grid provided inside the dump booth and emptied comfortably. Three to four different varieties of Spices can be fed simultaneously according to the proportion in the blend. The screw conveyor mounted below the dump booth is controlled by a VFD to control the feed rate. This would discharge the material into the screw conveyor in case of other spices and into the Z-type bucket elevator in case of Chillies

Bucket Elevator FBE-1 (2 Nos.):
The bucket elevator will feed the spices in to the Spice Mill at a uniform rate Through the Dump booth.

Hammer Mill Mode FC-1508(2 Nos.):
The offered machine with 20 H.P. motor will grind the spices at feed rate of 100-150 Kgs./hr. The fineness achieved would be 80 mesh.

Pneumatic Conveying System Model PCS-400(2 Nos.):
This system will convey the powder from the Hammer Mill into the collection bin. It will separate the air from the material thereby preventing dusting. The air will exit through the Dust Collector. Constant circulation of fresh Air into the system ensures spice powder to remain cool.

Rotary Air-Lock Valve Model RALV-200(2 Nos.):
This equipment will discharge the pulverized powder from the cyclone separator but will prevent the air from coming out along with the material. This valve will prevent dusting of powder at the collection end.

Open Type Dust Collector(2 Nos.):
The function of dust collection unit is to collect fine dust & release clean air in to the atmosphere.
